With just a little effort, you can see healthy results with SELF magazine. And you can help a collegiate chapter receive a $3,000 donation to the ZTA Foundation in its name.

  • Get your alumnae chapter members, friends, family to sign up now by clicking here.
  • Register under the collegiate chapter name of your choice.
  • Remember - Anyone can join the SELF Challenge!

GET ACTIVE!

  • Use the tools on the SELF Web site, SELF emails, and your SELF magazine to improve your health.

GET INTERACTIVE!

  • Join the SELF/ZTA Facebook group by
  • Check out the SELF Web site for free music downloads, give-a-ways, healthy recipies and exercise tips!

GET BLOGGING!

  • ZTA Bloggers may have the opportunity to get published on SELF.com or in SELF magazine!
  • Tell us what your chapter has done to stay healthy.
  • Does your chapter have a Pilates night? Healthy meal night? Let us know through the Facebook page or you can e-mail nicole-patterson@zetataualpha.org.

ZTAF Scholarship Applications


Attention all Zeta Students (this includes alumnae who are continuing their education)!


ZTAF scholarship applications are now available online at www.zetataualpha.org . Completed ZTAF scholarship applications are due March 1st.


Please note: The ZTAF has a limited number of part-time scholarships available for post graduate students pursuing continuing education credits or for those seeking advanced degrees in Elementary Education.

Applications are available using EITHER a Word fill-in document, OR a PDF file. Both formats are available via the links above. If you would know someone who would like a copy snail mailed to them, please let me know and I can do that. Please feel free to forward this to any Zeta who may be interested (collegian or alumna).

Save Lives to Save Lids - UPDATE


WE DID IT!! TRULY AMAZING! We hit our goal of collecting 300,000 lids!!! As of yesterday, IO had counted over 301,000 lids. I want to thank all of you who participated in making our goal a reality. With your assistance, Zeta Tau Alphas raised $15,000 for the ZTAF and $30,000 for Susan G. Komen for the Cure local affiliates!

Save Lids to Save Lives!

We are about a week away from our Zeta deadline to have all lids turned into IO, and at this point we are at 67,649 lids. All lids must be postmarked by December 15. Below are a few reminders when packaging the lids.

  • Send only pink lids that read “SAVE LIDS TO SAVE LIVES.” The pink lids that have the Komen logo on them DO NOT count.
  • Write your chapter name somewhere on the package or slide a note in the package.
  • Send clean lids.
  • Send lids to:
